We had a dishwasher water supply valve leak that we had to urgently fix as we were going on a vacation the next day. Alex picked up on a late night email, made contact morning first thing, made an assessment based on photos provided and came later on in the day completely prepared, and did a great work. As a bonus, he left me a tip on how to deal with a  plastic pipe that I had to attach to a dishwasher valve, which we fixed ourselves (as a separate issue that triggered Alex's work).
